2011年9月15日,我市召开大沽河治理规划专题会议。会议听取了大沽河治理总体规划汇报和大沽河治理水利专项规划汇报。省委常委、市委书记李群在讲话中要求,大沽河治理要坚持世界眼光、国际标准,做到高起点规划、高标准推进,把这项事关青岛长远发展的重大工程真正建设成为精品工程。2011年10月8日,市委常委会第127次会议审议并原则通过了《青岛市大沽河流域保护与空间利用总体规划》。整治工程完成后,大沽河将实现洪畅、堤固、水清、岸绿、景美的目标。2011年12月20日,青岛市委副书记、市政府党组书记张新起调研大沽河流域综合治理和蓝色经济发展情况。转瞬,“大沽河”已然走进新时代。
September 15, 2011, the city held a special meeting of Dagu River governance planning. The meeting heard the overall planning report of Dagu River and Dagu River water conservancy special planning report. On October 8, 2011, the 127th meeting of the Standing Committee of the CPC Municipal Committee examined and approved in principle the “Overall Planning for the Protection and Space Use of the Dagu River Basin in Qingdao City.” After the renovation project is completed, Dagu River will achieve flood, embankment solid, clear water, shore green, King of the United States goal. On December 20, 2011, Zhang Xinqi, deputy secretary of Qingdao Municipal Party Committee and party secretary of the municipal government, investigated the comprehensive management of the Dagu River Basin and the development of the blue economy. Twinkling of an eye, “Dagu River” already entered a new era.
