改革开放以来,对外贸易一直是中国经济增长的重要引擎。随着对外贸易的发展,我国长期享有对外贸易顺差,中国外汇储备增长迅速,综合国力显著提高。同时,也由于中国对外贸易顺差的扩大,特别是中美之间贸易顺差的持续快速增长,中国面临着人民币升值压力,贸易摩擦增加,国际环境的恶化等问题。中国对外贸易会走向何处,应该采取什么措施来应对中美贸易顺差,一时间成为了一个热点问题。
Since the reform and opening up, foreign trade has always been an important engine for China’s economic growth. With the development of foreign trade, China enjoys a long-term foreign trade surplus, China’s foreign exchange reserves have grown rapidly, and its overall national strength has improved significantly. At the same time, due to the expansion of China’s foreign trade surplus, especially the sustained and rapid growth of the trade surplus between China and the United States, China is faced with the pressure of RMB appreciation, increasing trade friction, and the deterioration of the international environment. Where does the China Foreign Trade Council go and what measures should it take to deal with the trade surplus between China and the United States? It has become a hot issue for a time.
