2010年以来,全市开展了中小学教研基地活动。进修学校深入基层解决实际问题,为农村教师搭建互相学习自我展示的平台,教研员跟踪指导,各校主管教学领导坐阵指挥,参加教研的教师集思广益,交流反思,许多教师从中提升了自己的理论水平和实践能力。我也在这个活动中得到锻炼,逐渐成长成熟起来,成为该活动的最大受益者。我校担任地理学科教学只有两人,都不是专业出身,属半路出家,平时只靠集体备课研究教学,对平时棘手
