Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to recognize and encourage organizations and individuals who have made outstanding contributions in the standardization and innovation of the building materials industry and give full play to the important role that standard innovation plays in leading and promoting the structural adjustment, transformation and upgrading, and innovation and development of the building materials industry, China Building Materials Federation set up “National Building Materials Industry Standardization Innovation Award ”.
