本研究对福建产猕猴的31个正常月经周期的血清雌二醇(E_2)、孕酮(P)进行放免测定。结果:E_2第一峰前x 122.37±49.86pg/ml;第一峰值372.06±168.21 pg/ml;黄体期77.21±34.10 pg/ml;有5个周期出现黄体期第二峰值279.91±97.46 pg/ml(P<0.01)。P滤泡期x 0.71±0.46 ng/ml;黄体期峰值6.047±3.307ng/ml,黄体期x 2.858±1.74 ng/ml。各测定数值均有较大个体差异。雌性猕猴月经周期平均为25.5±4.2天,与妇女平均28天相近。据有关资料描述,猴与妇女外周血E_2和P分泌图型相似。明显不同之处是,猴只在少数周期中观察到黄体期E_2分泌高峰,且该两种激素测定数值均低于妇女。
In this study, serum estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P) in 31 normal menstrual cycles in Fujian macaques were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results: The first peak before E 2 x 122.37 ± 49.86 pg / ml; the first peak 372.06 ± 168.21 pg / ml; the luteal phase 77.21 ± 34.10 pg / ml; the second peak of luteal phase 279.91 ± 97.46 pg / ml (P <0.01). P follicular phase x 0.71 ± 0.46 ng / ml; luteal phase peak 6.047 ± 3.307 ng / ml, luteal phase x 2.858 ± 1.74 ng / ml. Each measured value has a larger individual differences. The average monthly menstrual cycle of female macaques was 25.5 ± 4.2 days, similar to the average of 28 days for women. According to the data described, monkey and woman peripheral blood E2 and P secretion patterns similar. The obvious difference is that monkey only observed in a few cycles luteal phase E_2 secretion peak, and the two hormones measured values were lower than the women.
