目的了解广州市精神病医院精神药物的使用现状及发展趋势,为合理用药及科学管理提供参考依据。方法以限定日剂量为指标,对2002~2005年精神药物的品种、用药频度、销售金额进行统计分析。结果该院精神药物品种较多,4类58种。用药频度和销售金额呈逐年增长趋势,尤以单价较高的新型药品增幅显著。结论该院精神药物使用比较合理;新一代精神药物将逐渐受到医患青睐。
Objective To understand the status quo and development trend of psychotropic drugs in psychiatric hospitals in Guangzhou and provide reference for rational drug use and scientific management. Methods A limited daily dose was used as an index to conduct statistical analysis on the varieties, frequency of medication and sales amount of psychotropic drugs from 2002 to 2005. Results The hospital psychotropic drugs more varieties, 4 types of 58 species. The frequency of medication and sales increased year by year, especially in the new drugs with higher unit price. Conclusion The hospital psychotropic drugs use more reasonable; a new generation of psychotropic drugs will be gradually favored by doctors and patients.
