商业文化是一门新兴的边缘学科,80年代初从企业管理理论丛林中分化出来。原商业部部长胡平提出研究商业文化至今已有8年了,围绕商业文化的研究,从学者到经营者无不投以极大的热情和关注。随着市场竞争的加剧,流通企业在经过装璜、价格、服务、广告较量之后,试图以一种既现实又高雅的载体,即商业文化的形式来实现企业形象的重新包装。
Business culture is a new and fringe subject, which was differentiated from the jungle of business management theory in the early 1980s. It has been eight years since Hu Ping, the former Minister of Commerce, proposed to study the business culture. Regarding the study of commercial culture, scholars and managers have all cast great enthusiasm and attention. With the intensification of market competition, circulation companies have tried to realize the repackaging of corporate images in a form that is both realistic and elegant, namely, commercial culture, after mounting competition, pricing, services, and advertisements.
