采用现场试验与实验室试验相结合的方法,经百余次配方筛选后,选出YD-1、YD-2两种乳液配方,测定了乳液的油膜强度和摩擦系数,研究了乳液的浓度、pH、值、温度以及不同加工率等对拉拔力的影响。乳液可用于铜及黄铜薄壁管材拉拔加工,其拉拔力与菜油相当,与国内部分单位所使用的乳液相比,拉拔力可降低14~18%,与日本用于铜及其合金拉拔加工的一些油剂比较,其拉拔力相当或较优。采用浸液法拉拔管材可以避免管材表面氧化膜对拉拔力的影响,且可简化工艺,无废液排放。
