目的:探讨电话随访对门诊结肠镜诊疗患者肠道准备质量的影响。方法:将200例门诊结肠镜诊疗患者随机分为随访组和常规组,各100例。两组患者在门诊预约时均接受常规肠道准备教育,随访组还接受电话随访指导。比较两组患者饮食和药物依从性及肠道清洁度。结果:随访组患者在饮食和药物依从性上显著优于对照组(P<0.05);同时随访组患者的肠道清洁度也显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对门诊结肠镜诊疗患者实施电话随访,有助于提高患者饮食和药物依从性,提高肠道清洁度,提高门诊结肠镜诊疗的肠道准备质量。
Objective: To investigate the impact of phone follow-up on the quality of intestinal preparation in patients with colonoscopy. Methods: 200 cases of outpatient colonoscopy diagnosis and treatment of patients were randomly divided into follow-up group and conventional group, each 100 cases. Both groups received routine gut preparation education when making appointments in the clinic, and the follow-up group also accepted telephone follow-up instruction. Diet and drug adherence and intestinal cleanliness were compared between the two groups. Results: The follow-up group was significantly better than the control group in diet and drug compliance (P <0.05). The intestinal cleanliness of the follow-up group was also significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The telephone follow-up of outpatients with colonoscopy can improve the diet and drug compliance of patients, improve the cleanliness of the intestine and improve the intestinal preparation quality of out-patient colonoscopy.
