我国的基础教育,其目的和趋势很明确。学生的成长维系着国家的建设和民族的命运。要把学生培养成为什么样的人,却是学校和教师的责任,因此,本文就是从教师、学生和学校三个方面进行分析,挖掘出三者之间的联系和冲突,从而为今后教师的“教”和学生的“学”做了充分的准备,为合格人才的培养提供了一点有益的建议。
Our basic education has a clear purpose and trend. The growth of students maintains the nation’s construction and national destiny. It is the responsibility of schools and teachers to cultivate students into what kind of people. Therefore, this article analyzes three aspects from teachers, students and schools to find out the connection and conflict between the three, “Teaching ” and the students “learning ” made a full preparation for qualified personnel training provided some helpful suggestions.
