本文论述了铸件凝固数值模拟及铸造工艺CAD(电子计算机辅助设计)的基本概念,进展及发展趋势.评介了该领域世界各家的论点及成就.分析了铸件凝固数值模拟与铸造工艺CAD的关系:前者是后者的基础,后者是前者向实际应用转化的必由之路和向高层次发展的标志.在论述铸件凝固数值模拟的同时,也论及了充填过程的数值模拟,指出这方面进展虽稍迟于凝固,但作为一个整体必然是在凝固和充填数值模拟基础上,才能形成一个完整的CAD系统.这个系统应包括凝固补缩冒口和充填浇注系统的计算模拟,铸件的几何模拟和工程数据库及其相互联结,应能进行电脑试浇、质量预测、完成工艺图及工艺文件.
This paper discusses the basic concepts, progress and development trend of numerical simulation of casting solidification and CAD (Die Casting Process) of CAD, and comments on the arguments and achievements of various countries in this field.Analysis of the relationship between casting solidification numerical simulation and casting process CAD : The former is the basis of the latter, which is the only way for the former to transform into practical application and a symbol of high-level development.With the discussion of numerical simulation of casting solidification, the numerical simulation of filling process is also discussed, though the progress in this aspect is pointed out However, as a whole, it is necessary to form a complete CAD system based on the numerical simulation of solidification and filling. This system should include the calculation and simulation of the coagulation and refueling riser and the filling and pouring system, the geometric simulation of the castings and Engineering database and its interconnection, should be able to test the computer pouring, quality prediction, the completion of process plans and process documents.
