北京隆福医院1991年非预约门诊就诊人次与大气污染之间的关系

分析北京隆福医院1991年门诊就诊人次,以估计大气污染与每日门诊就诊人次之间的关系。总飘尘含量(TSP)测定天数224天(平均359μg/m~3),二氧化硫(SOD测定天数221天(平均124μg/m~3)。采用线性回归估计TSP和SO_2的影响,把温度、湿度和工作日作为协变量进行调整,并对时序数据进行马尔可夫自动相关校正。在TSP和非外科就诊人次间存在显著的暴露-反应关系,但与外科就诊人次间无显著性。SO_2仅与儿科就诊人次存在显著性关系。

Analyze the number of outpatient visits in Beijing Longfu Hospital in 1991 to estimate the relationship between atmospheric pollution and daily outpatient visits.
