新一轮的创新创业正在由技术、产品、业态的“点式突破”向协同、整合、平台、系统的“网络构建”转化,并呈现出批量式、跨界式、快速迭代等新特征。产学研协整、共性技术开发、新基础设施建设以及科技服务体系的完善已成为“创新创业网络”的重要组成部分。本文就完善天津市创新创业网络提出建议:1.补创新源不足的短板,重构创新创业网络关键节点。2.补新技术基础和科技服务不强的短板,夯实“创新创业网络”。3.补创新链短且散的短板,围绕高新产业链扩展创新网络,以创新网络支撑产业体系。

Make up for the shortcomings of the new technology base and technology services, and reinforce the “innovation and entrepreneurship network.” 3. Make up for the short and scattered short board of the innovation chain, expand the innovation network around the high-tech industry chain, and support the industrial system with the innovation network.
