目的:研究测定端粒酶活性在诊断和预测卵巢肿瘤方面的意义。 方法 :应用逆转录 -聚合酶链反应(RT- PCR)法检测 34例卵巢肿瘤组织的端粒酶活性。 结果 :18例卵巢良性肿瘤组织中均未测出端粒酶活性 ,4例卵巢交界性或低度恶性肿瘤组织中 1例 (2 5 % )端粒酶活性阳性表达 ,12例卵巢恶性肿瘤组织中端粒酶活性均阳性表达。卵巢上皮性恶性肿瘤组织中 ,端粒酶活性在组织类型之间差异无统计学意义。结论 :端粒酶活性的检测有助于卵巢肿瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断 ,并有助于预测患者的预后
Objective: To study the significance of telomerase activity in the diagnosis and prediction of ovarian tumors. Methods: Telomerase activity in 34 cases of ovarian tumors was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results: No telomerase activity was detected in 18 cases of benign ovarian tumors, and telomerase activity was found in 1 of 4 ovarian borderline or low grade malignant tumors (25%), while in 12 cases of ovarian malignant tumor The telomerase activity was positively expressed. There was no significant difference in telomerase activity between ovarian epithelial malignant tumor tissues. Conclusion: The detection of telomerase activity contributes to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ovarian tumors and helps to predict the prognosis of patients
