国家对于高职院校的政策支持从重“硬建设”向“软建设”转变,加强社会服务能力建设成为高职院校改革和发展的重要内容。为社会、为企业提供更将广泛的服务,才能得到来自社会的,多方面的支持,这已经成为高职院校快速发展的社会基础。社会服务是高等教育教学和科研职能的延伸,也是高职院校最主要、最核心的功能。高职院校适应社会经济的发展需要而生,也只有在为社会经济发展的服务中才能壮大。
The government’s policy support for higher vocational colleges has shifted from “hard construction” to “soft construction”, and strengthening the construction of social service capability has become an important part of the reform and development of higher vocational colleges. For the community, for enterprises to provide more extensive services in order to get from the community, many aspects of support, which has become the social foundation for the rapid development of higher vocational colleges. Social service is an extension of teaching and research functions in higher education and is also the most important and core function of higher vocational colleges. Vocational colleges adapt to the needs of social and economic development, and only for social and economic development services can grow.
