在弱碱性介质中，ＣＴＭＡＢ微乳液存在下，５－（３－苯甲酸偶氮）－８－氨基喹啉（ＣＰＡＱ）与钯（Ⅱ）生成３：１蓝色络合物，λｍａｘ＝６２５ｎｍ，ε＝９.４０×１０４。钯的含量在０－２０μｇ／２５ｍＬ内符合比尔定律。方法用于钯催化剂中钯的测定，结果满意。
In a mild alkaline medium, a 3: 1 blue complex of 5- (3-benzoic acid azo) -8-aminoquinoline (CPAQ) and palladium (II) is formed in the presence of CTMAB microemulsion with λmax = 625 nm , Ε = 9.40 × 104. Beer’s law is obeyed at 0-20 μg / 25 mL. The method was applied to the determination of palladium in palladium catalyst with satisfactory results.
