本文用有限元法对大型有色金属挤压液压机原850×250mm扁挤压筒的强度进行了校核和分析,查明了其易破坏、寿命低的主要原因。建议在新设计与制造扁挤压筒时作如下改进:将内孔尺寸由850×250mm改为850×320mm,即将内孔的长宽比L/B由3.4改为2.66,这样,比压由63kgf/mm~2降为50kgf/mm~2,从而使受力情况大大改善;将内套的材料由5CrNiMo改为3Cr2W8V,以提高内套在高温下的许用应力;将加热孔从内套改移到中套;改善扁挤压筒的使用条件;增大内套的过盈量。
In this paper, the strength of the original 850 × 250mm flat extrusion cylinder of a large non-ferrous metal extrusion hydraulic press was checked and analyzed by finite element method, and the main reasons for its easy destruction and low life were ascertained.
