目的:进一步验证猪苓生长与蜜环菌之间的关系。方法:以不同的培养基配比,不同的菌种配比,测定猪苓菌丝和猪苓菌核生长速度,筛选最佳的营养源及进一步验证猪苓生长与蜜环菌的关系。结果:猪苓菌丝的生长,无需蜜环菌提供营养,棉籽壳是较好的营养源,可以代替栎木屑;以棉籽壳90%、麦麸5%、玉米粉3%、大豆粉2%为培养基,猪苓菌丝生长良好;只接猪苓菌种,没有蜜环菌,15℃培养,猪苓菌核160 d直径可达74 mm。结论:蜜环菌在猪苓生长中不起积极作用,反而与猪苓争夺基质中的营养,蜜环菌原种接种量越大,效果越差。
Objective: To further verify the relationship between growth of Polyporus umbellatus and Armillaria mellea. Methods: The different growth medium ratio, different strains ratio, the determination of Polyporus umbellatus and bacteria growth rate, screening the best source of nutrition and further verify the relationship between Polyporus umbellatus growth and Armillalla. Results: The growth of Polyporus umbellatus mycelia was not required to provide nutrition, the cottonseed shell was a good source of nutrients, can replace oak wood; with cottonseed shell 90%, wheat bran 5%, corn flour 3%, soybean flour 2% As culture medium, Polyporus umbellatus grew well; only Polyporus umbellatus species did not exist, and Armillaria mellea was cultured at 15 ℃. The diameter of Polyporus umbellatus was 160 mm and the diameter was 74 mm. Conclusion: Armillaria mellea can not play a positive role in the growth of Polyporus umbellatus, but compete with the Polyporus umbellatus for nutrition in the matrix.
