机器人用精密减速器传动精度目前没有较为成熟的试验方法和试验设备,基于已有相关标准,通过对机器人实际应用情况分析,分别从试验项目定义、试验系统要求、测量方法等几个方面,探讨了传动误差、回程误差、背隙、扭转刚度这几项传动精度类试验的方法,提出了可操作的测量和数据处理方法。搭建了试验台架并进行了三组对比试验,对试验方法进行了验证。
At present, there are no more mature test methods and test equipments for robot precision gear reducer. Based on the existing relevant standards, this paper discusses the practical application of the robot from several aspects such as the definition of test items, the requirements of the test system and the measurement methods The transmission error, backlash error, backlash, torsional stiffness of these transmission precision test methods, put forward an operational measurement and data processing methods. Set up a test bench and conducted three groups of comparative tests, the test method was verified.
