宝石球形轴承是工业仪表三大心脏部件之一,主要应用于电工仪表中可动部分的支承,它的外形如图1所示。其曲率半径R和槽深H的生产检测工艺(简称R-H检测)历来使用50倍台式投影仪,并采用二碘甲烷或溴代萘等有毒挥发性溶剂作为油浸液,人工操作,目视比较产品在标准玻璃样板上投影成像的几何尺寸R和H。这种传统的检测法不仅效率低(人均日产量为4000粒),而且挥发有毒气体,有损操作工人的身体健康。随着宝石球形轴承产量的提高,人工检测更显得跟不上形势发展的需要。因此必须设法找出一种新的测试R-H
