我厂现在使用的三吨热胆冲天炉,自1970年建炉以来到现在,共使用两个炉胆,第二个炉胆仍在继续使用中。予计每个炉胆的使用寿命二十个月左右。我们在使用热胆炉迂到的主要问题是热胆内部产生裂纹,其主要原因有:1.由于中途停风或炉内卡料造成空炉,使炉胆内套温度突然升高。产生应力集中,产生裂纹。2.没有严格按工艺要求执行(打炉后需继续吹风10分钟以上),使炉胆内外套冷却速度不均,而产生裂纹。
