研究了老年和青年大鼠肾皮质线粒体在缺血型急性肾功能衰竭(NRF)中的钙含量(MCC)和钙摄取率(MCU)及脂质过氧化终解产物丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果发现老年大鼠MCC、MCU在正常、缺血45分和缺血45分再灌注1小时后和青年大鼠比较无显著性差异;而老年大鼠MDA在正常时即高于青年大鼠。缺血和缺血再灌注损伤后也显著高于青年大鼠。说明老年肾对急性缺血损伤易感性和氧自由基损伤有关,而与细胞内钙超负荷关系不明显。
The calcium content (MCC) and calcium uptake (MCU) and lipid peroxidation end products malondialdehyde (MDA) in the renal cortex mitochondria of aged rats and young rats were studied in acute renal failure (NRF) The change. The results showed that there was no significant difference in MCC and MCU between aged rats and normal rats, 45 minutes after reperfusion and 1 hour after reperfusion for 45 minutes. Compared with young rats, MDA in normal rats was higher than that in young rats. Ischemia and ischemia-reperfusion injury was also significantly higher than the young rats. It shows that senile kidney is related to the susceptibility to acute ischemic injury and oxygen free radical damage, but not to the intracellular calcium overload.
