在钢筋混凝土预制桩的打入过程中,桩头常常先期破坏,达不到设计标高就必须截桩。由此造成的直接和间接经济损失是十分巨大的。本文介绍了近几年来苏联在增加预制桩桩头的强度,减少打桩损失方面的若干研究成果和工程实践。这些成果都具有方法简便,易于推广的特点。在介绍的过程中还结合我国的具体情况,进行了分析探讨。
In the process of driving reinforced concrete precast piles, the pile heads are often damaged in advance, and the piles must be cut to reach the design elevation. The resulting direct and indirect economic losses are enormous. This article describes the research results and engineering practices of the Soviet Union in increasing the strength of prefabricated pile heads and reducing the loss of driving piles in recent years. These results have the characteristics of simple and easy to popularize. In the process of introduction, it also analyzed and discussed in light of the specific conditions in China.
