我县从依靠科技进步,抓好人才培养、科学管理和改善医疗设备及卫生院基本条件入手,树立科技意识,增加科技投资,从而使卫生院的社会效益和经济效益大为改观。目前全县十三个乡镇卫生院,年总收入超过30万元的4个,超过20万元的4个,没有一个亏损单位。——首先卫生行政部门认真落实党对知识分子的政策,建立健全科技兴医规划和领导机构,尤其对那些在农村一线工作的知识分子。我们每年定期举办全县科技兴
Our county start from relying on scientific and technological progress, do a good job of personnel training, scientific management and improve the basic conditions of medical equipment and hospitals, establish scientific and technological awareness, increase investment in science and technology, so that the hospital’s social and economic benefits greatly improved.
