目的了解有甲型H1N1流感聚集性疫情经历的高校师生对甲型H1N1流感的认知和应对行为,为学校及政府部门制定群防群治的策略和措施提供依据。方法采用自行设计调查问卷,对杭州某高校345名师生进行匿名问卷调查。结果73.9%(255/345)的调查对象对甲型H1N1流感疫情高度关注或关注较多,90.4%(312/345)认为甲型H1N1流感可防、可控、可治;84.1%(290/345)认为学校宣传力度应增加,宣传内容以心理、营养和预防为主;大多调查对象能采取有效的应对行为,40%左右的调查对象有焦虑、伤心、哭泣等行为。结论有甲型H1N1流感聚集性疫情经历的高校师生对甲型H1N1流感的防控有信心,大多能采取有效应对行为;但对疾病存在不同程度的模糊认识,普遍有认知需求。
Objective To understand the cognition and coping behavior of influenza A (H1N1) influenza among university and university teachers with the epidemic situation of Influenza A (H1N1), and to provide the basis for the strategies and measures for prevention and control of mass outbreak in schools and government departments. Methods A questionnaire was designed by ourselves to conduct anonymous questionnaire survey on 345 teachers and students in a certain university in Hangzhou. Results A total of 73.9% (255/345) of the respondents were highly concerned or concerned about the outbreak of Influenza A (H1N1), 90.4% (312/345) believed that the H1N1 influenza was preventable, controllable and manageable; 84.1% 345) that schools should increase publicity efforts, advocacy content mainly psychological, nutrition and prevention; most respondents can take effective response behavior, about 40% of the respondents were anxious, sad, crying and other acts. Conclusions There is confidence in the prevention and control of influenza A (H1N1) among college teachers and students who have experienced the epidemic of influenza A (H1N1). Most of the teachers and students can take effective coping strategies. However, there are varying degrees of fuzzy understanding of the disease and generally have cognitive needs.
