目的 :测定单侧完全性唇腭裂患者 (UCLP)双侧后牙的ICP位咬合面积 ,籍以分析其口腔功能状况。方法 :以软蜡片对 2 2例唇腭裂修补术后未经正畸治疗的UCLP患者作牙尖交错位咬合记录 ,以计算机图像分析系统测量其上颌后牙最大咬合面积 ,并与 2 4例正常者的相应结果进行比较。结果 :①正常者其上颌后牙最大咬合面积无性别差异 ,也无左右侧差异 ;②UCLP患者上颌后牙最大咬合面积明显低于正常者 ;③UCLP患者上颌后牙最大咬合面积无性别差异 ,也无裂隙侧与非裂隙侧差异 ;④UCLP患者上颌后牙最大咬合面积降低 ,在牙弓中段双尖牙区最明显。结论 :UCLP严重损害了患者的咬合接触状况 ,是UCLP患者咀嚼功能降低的主要原因 ,应为正畸临床所重视。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the occlusal area of the ICP of bilateral posterior teeth of unilateral complete cleft lip and palate patients (UCLP), to analyze its oral functional status. Methods: Twenty-two cases of UCLP without orthodontic treatment were treated with soft wax tablets for occlusal cusp occlusion. (4) The maximal occlusal area of maxillary posterior teeth of UCLP patients decreased, which was the most obvious in the middle of the dental arch. Conclusion: UCLP severely impaired the occlusal contact status of patients. It is the main reason for the decrease of masticatory function in UCLP patients, and should be paid more attention to by orthodontics.
