热辗压是苏联一些轴承厂在制造轴承套圈毛胚时广泛采用的一种方法。由于这种方法的先进性,所以在苏联,也有一些机器制造厂采用这种加工方法来制造环形另件的毛胚。热辗压的实质,是将由锻锤、平锻机等所得到的毛胚,在一个轮及一个滚子之间进行辗压,以改变毛胚的截面形状及厚度。一、加工类型及加工情形[图一]至[图三]为热辗压毛胚的示意图。为了说明其加工情形,先就通用的一种辗压法(如图一)加以说明。
Hot rolling is a method widely used by some bearing plants in the Soviet Union to make bearing ring blanks.
