我校初七八级共四个班,其中三个班的学生是重点中学择优录取后剩下的部分学生;另一个班大部分是就近入学的农村子弟。成绩最差的一个班,入学语文区统考成绩总平三十七分,较好的一个班也只是及格成绩。我教两个班,一个较好的班,一个较差的班。学生的语文基础很差,如果要达到大纲的要求,不仅要完成新教材的教学任务,还必须首先补学生在小学时的缺漏。
