轻气炮是研究材料的动态响应,即研究击波在固体中的传播规律及其效应的有效工具。本文详细地描述了口径为101mm的一门单级轻气炮,包括参数选择、结构特点和技术性能。弹速能在50~1450m/s范围内连续可调,速度的不重复性小于±5%(一般在±3%以内)。速度低于600m/s时,以氮气作为驱动气体;速度高于600m/s时,以氢气作为驱动气体。驱动气体的最大压力为30MPa。在速度低于50m/s时,采用负压击发,改善了炮的低速性能。撞击面倾斜角一般低于10~(-3)rad。速度在300m/s以下时,可实现试样的软回收。
Light gas gun is to study the dynamic response of the material, that is to study the wave propagation in the solid law and its effective tool. This paper describes in detail a single-stage light gas gun with a caliber of 101 mm, including parameter selection, structural characteristics, and technical performance. Bullet speed in 50 ~ 1450m / s continuously adjustable range, speed repeatability of less than ± 5% (usually within ± 3%). When the speed is lower than 600m / s, nitrogen is used as the driving gas; when the speed is higher than 600m / s, hydrogen is used as the driving gas. The maximum pressure of the driving gas is 30MPa. At speeds below 50 m / s, negative pressure firing improves the low speed performance of the gun. Impact surface tilt angle is generally lower than 10 ~ (-3) rad. When the speed is below 300m / s, the soft recovery of the sample can be realized.
