在举国上下普天同庆喜迎澳门回归之后,又敲响了世纪之交的钟声。这就意味着,我们挥手告别了辉煌的旧世纪,要拥抱一个更加灿烂的新千年元旦。此时此刻,纵观神州大地,祖国贫穷的面貌已经根本改变,回顾百年沧桑,我们为中华大地的巨变感慨万千。在此千年元旦开始、新世纪太阳冉冉升起之际,我们中国农村科技杂志社全体同仁,向过去关心、支持、帮助、指导本刊工作的各级领导、广大作者和读者、社会各界有关人士致以最诚挚的节日问候和祝愿,恭祝大家新年愉快,心想事成,万事如意。
After the national ceremony of celebrating the return of Macao to the world, the bell of the turn of the century was sounded again. This means that we waved goodbye to the brilliant old century and embraced a brighter new millennium New Year’s Day. At this very moment, looking at the vast land of China, the outlook for poverty in the motherland has fundamentally changed. Looking back over the vicissitudes of a hundred years, we are full of emotion for the tremendous changes in China.
