采用了文献资料法、专家访谈法和田野调查法,对将中国传统射艺纳入高校体育教学的可行性进行了深入分析和探讨,得出结论:“射艺”能有效促进高校学生身心和谐、健康发展,更好地理解国学;同时高校能有效保证射箭场地、器材、师资、安全方面的要求,能够创建合理、科学、多元化的射艺课程评价体系。这不仅仅是传统竞技体育的复兴,更是一种历史人文精神的挖掘和有序继承。
Using literature review, expert interviews and field investigation, this paper analyzes and discusses the feasibility of incorporating Chinese traditional shooting into physical education in colleges and universities. The conclusion is that “shooting art” can effectively promote the harmony between physical and mental health of college students , Develop healthily and understand Sinology better. At the same time colleges and universities can effectively guarantee the archery space, equipment, teachers and safety requirements, to create a reasonable, scientific and diversified art education evaluation system. This is not only the rejuvenation of traditional competitive sports, but also a historical humane spirit of mining and orderly succession.
