本文分析了北京市农产品流通体系的发展中的问题。提出了批发市场升级换代和提升经营能力,发展农产品经销企业,批发市场和超市争夺零售业主导权,拓宽对外贸易渠道、促进网络销售发育的农产品流通体系建设方向;以及完善以批发市场为核心的流通体系、将批发市场建成综合性产业平台,发展规范化经销企业、实行更严格的市场准入制度,鼓励流通渠道向产地和城市的延伸、促进农产品流通相关行业发展的政策建议。
This article analyzes the problems in the development of agricultural products circulation system in Beijing. Proposed the upgrading of the wholesale market and enhance operational capacity, the development of agricultural products distribution companies, wholesale markets and supermarkets compete for retail ownership, broaden the channels for foreign trade and promote the development of online sales of agricultural products circulation system construction direction; and improve the wholesale market as the core Circulation system, the wholesale market into a comprehensive industrial platform, the development of standardized distribution companies, the introduction of a more stringent market access system, to encourage distribution channels to the origin and the extension of the city, and promote the development of agricultural products related to the development of industry policy recommendations.
