目的:观察中西医结合及中医治疗孕早期先兆流产合并亚临床甲状腺机能减退的临床疗效。方法:分别运用优甲乐和中医药及单纯中医药联合应用黄体酮/绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗,观察疗效。结果:中西医结合临床有效率为94.95%,中药组临床有效率为78.67%。结论:中西医结合及中医联合黄体酮,绒毛膜促性腺激素可有效降低孕早期先兆流产合并亚临床甲状腺机能减退患者的流产风险,并可调解外周血TSH水平,中西结合组疗效更明显,故应加强孕前或孕早期甲状腺功能的筛查,做到早诊断、早治疗,降低自然流产率,以改善妊娠结局,降低对胎儿的影响。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine and Chinese medicine treatment of threatened abortion in early pregnancy combined with subclinical hypothyroidism clinical efficacy.
