张叔诚(1898-1995年),名文孚,别名忍斋, 直隶通县(今属北京市)人。他是前清工部右侍郎、总办路矿大臣张翼之子,著名实业家。1911年入天津南开中学就学,后因父兄相继去世而辍学。从18岁就担任了其父张翼创办的山东枣庄中兴煤矿公司监察人,后历任中兴煤矿董事、协理、常务董事等职。1937年“卢沟桥事变”后,中兴煤矿被日本武力掠
