本文对食蟹猴疟原虫一斯氏按蚊(Plasmodium cynomolgi—Anopheles stephensi)系统猴实验模型的生物学特性、用于对杀组织期抗疟药的试验方法及该模型的实际应用进行了研究。初步证明5-对氟苯氧基伯喹等药物对食蟹猴疟原虫红细胞前期有杀灭作用,并证明此动物模型适用于组织期杀灭药的试验。
In this paper, the biological characteristics of the experimental model of Plasmodium cynomolgi-Anopheles stephensi in cynomolgus macaques were used to study the experimental method of the anti-malarial agent in the period of kanamycin and the practical application of the model. It was initially proved that 5-p-fluorophenoxyquat and other drugs have a killing effect on pre-erythrocytic stage of cynomolgus malariae and proved that the animal model is suitable for the test of tissue-killing drugs.
