目的观察翼状胬肉切除术中放置绷带镜后的临床疗效。方法将60例66眼原发性翼状胬肉患者行翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术,60例患者被随机分成A、B两组,A组(试验组)30例33眼手术结束时放置绷带镜,B组(对照组)30例33眼手术结束时不放置绷带镜。观察术后的疼痛评分及术后角膜上皮愈合情况,并随访6个月,观察其复发及并发症。结果 A组患者疼痛程度评分均较对照组显著降低(均为P<0.01),并且角膜上皮愈合优于B组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后随访6个月两组均无并发症发生。结论翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术使用绷带镜并结合包埋线结方式缝合对减轻其术后疼痛和眼部刺激症状是有效的,同时也加速了角膜上皮的愈合,提高了患者术后的舒适度。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of bandage mirror in the pterygium resection. Methods Sixty-six eyes of 66 patients with primary pterygium underwent pterygium excision combined with limbal stem cell transplantation. Sixty patients were randomly divided into A and B groups. Thirty-three eyes of 30 eyes in group A (experimental group) When placed bandage mirror, B group (control group) 30 cases of 33 eyes at the end of surgery do not place the bandage mirror. Postoperative pain scores and postoperative corneal epithelial healing were observed and followed up for 6 months to observe the recurrence and complications. Results The scores of pain in group A were significantly lower than those in control group (all P <0.01), and the healing of corneal epithelium was better than that in group B, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The patients were followed up for 6 months No complications occurred in both groups. Conclusions The pterygium resection combined with limbal stem cell transplantation using bandage mirror combined with embedding thread knot suture is effective in relieving postoperative pain and eye irritation, accelerating the healing of corneal epithelium and improving the patient’s operation After the comfort.
