目的观察骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)治疗实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎(EAE)小鼠后血清中基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的变化。方法实验随机分为EAE组、BMSCs治疗组和佐剂组。血清中MMP-9的含量采用ELISA法检测。结果 EAE组小鼠血清中MMP-9的表达比佐剂组明显升高(P<0.05),而BMSCs治疗可以降低MMP-9的表达(P<0.05)。结论 BMSCs能显著改善EAE的严重程度,其机制可能与抑制MMP-9的表达有关。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) after treatment of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) in experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) mice. Methods The experiment was randomly divided into EAE group, BMSCs treatment group and adjuvant group. Serum MMP-9 levels were detected by ELISA. Results The serum level of MMP-9 in EAE group was significantly higher than that in adjuvant group (P <0.05), while BMSCs treatment could decrease the expression of MMP-9 (P <0.05). Conclusion BMSCs can significantly improve the severity of EAE, the mechanism may be related to the inhibition of MMP-9 expression.
