党的十八大提出要“全面实施素质教育,深化教育领域综合改革,着力提高教育质量,培养学生创新精神。”素质教育的实施,要结合不同学校的不同特点,针对受教育者的具体情况,体现出不同学校的办学特色。近年来,九台市第一中学从“优势教育”的角度对具体实施素质教育进行了初步的探索和实践,形成了一些粗浅的认知。
