This article reports the interference of the common cold and non-infectious upper respiratory tract infections against the immunization of standard measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccines. Subjects came to the clinic for routine physical examination and immunization of 15 to 18-month-old children. To parents complained of influenza and physical examination found signs of upper respiratory tract infection as a cold group, without any symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection within 1 month before vaccination and no history of a cold as a healthy control group. Fever (> 38 ° C), malignancy or other immunodeficiency disease, allergy to MMR vaccine, or immunoglobulin injections within 3 months were excluded. Serum samples were collected before immunization and 6-8 weeks after immunization, respectively, and indirect immunofluorescence assay was used to detect measles antibody.
