糖尿病可并发骨病变,临床上治疗难以逆转。为争取早期发现,本研究以单光子吸收法对糖尿病36例测定骨密度。结果显示,Ⅰ型糖尿病人及糖尿病合并有其他系统并发症者,骨密度较正常对照组显著降低(P<0.05~0.01);Ⅱ型糖尿病骨密度降低无显著性(P>0.05)。提示,用单光子吸收法可以早期观察糖尿病骨密度的变化,为临床诊治提供定量依据。同时分析了单光子吸收法的临床应用范围。
Diabetes can be complicated by bone disease, clinical treatment is difficult to reverse. In order to gain early detection, this study measured the bone density of 36 cases of diabetes by single-photon absorption method. The results showed that patients with type I diabetes mellitus and other systemic complications of diabetes mellitus had a significantly lower BMD (P <0.05 ~ 0.01) than those of the normal control group. There was no significant difference in BMD of type II diabetes mellitus (P> 0) .05). Prompt single photon absorption method can be observed early changes in bone mineral density, provide a quantitative basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. At the same time, the clinical application of single photon absorption method was analyzed.
