上海财经大学经济系主任程恩富教授批评香港大学经济金融学院院长张五常教授的10个问题,是关系到中国经济体制改革成败与否的10个大问题。通过商榷、讨论,有利于在这些重大问题上分清是非曲直,求同存异,推动计划经济体制向市场经济体制的转变,尽快建立中国特色的社会主义现代市场经济体制。
Professor Cheng Enfu, director of the Department of Economics of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, criticizes 10 questions from Professor Zhang Wuchang, Dean of the School of Economics and Finance at the University of Hong Kong as the 10 major issues that have a bearing on the success or failure of China’s economic reform. Through deliberation and discussion, it is helpful to make a clear distinction between right and wrong on these major issues, seek common ground while putting aside differences, promote the transformation of the planned economic system to the market economy and establish a socialist modern market economy with Chinese characteristics as soon as possible.
