近年来,具有个性的人才越来越受社会的青睐,因此,对于学生个性的发展与培养已经成为学校教育的重要内容之一。体育教学作为学校教育的重要组成部分,也应该把发展学生个性作为教学的重要目标。学校在体育教学过程中,应该创造条件使得学生的个性可以得到更好的发展,并且学校体育教育也应该提倡发展学生的个性,使其教育教学内容逐渐趋于完善,以便提高体育教学的质量。
In recent years, people with individuality are more and more favored by the society. Therefore, the development and cultivation of student’s personality has become one of the important contents of school education. As an important part of school education, physical education should regard the development of student’s personality as an important goal of teaching. In the course of physical education, schools should create the conditions to make students ’personality develop better, and school physical education should also advocate the development of students’ individuality so that the content of education and teaching will be gradually perfected in order to improve the quality of physical education.
