社会生产的最终结果总是表现为处于社会关系中的人。发展和完善马克思主义政治经济学理论体系,必须深入研究人的全面发展理论,把人的全面发展问题作为马克思主义政治经济学的主要研究对象、逻辑起点并将其贯穿始终。探求资源配置的规律并鉴别其配置的合理性必须丰富人的内涵。以人的自由全面发展配置资源,就是要推动与现阶段社会生产力和经济基础相适应的狭义上层建筑在资源配置中发挥指导性作用,主动调节和化解经济发展中的资源瓶颈和分配矛盾;丰富人自由发展的条件、机会并提高其能力,从政治、经济、文化、社会和生态资源及其内在发展的体制机制现状和特点出发,优化整合和改革创新各类资源。
The final result of social production is always manifested in the social relations of people. To develop and perfect the theoretical system of Marxist political economy, we must thoroughly study the theory of man’s all-round development, regard the issue of man’s all-round development as the main research object of Marxist political economy, and start from the logical starting point. Explore the law of resource allocation and identify the rationality of its configuration must enrich people’s connotation. To allocate resources in a free and all-round way is to promote the narrow superstructure that is compatible with the social productive forces and economic base at this stage to play an instructive role in the allocation of resources and to proactively adjust and resolve the resource bottlenecks and the distribution of contradictions in economic development. People freely develop conditions, opportunities and enhance their ability to proceed from the status quo and characteristics of political, economic, cultural, social and ecological resources and their inherent institutional mechanisms, and optimize the integration and reform and innovation of all kinds of resources.
