大数据分析技术是新时期企业提升绩效的一种创新IT能力。领先企业积极布局大数据分析领域以塑造竞争优势,但大部分企业仍处于创新采用曲线的早期阶段,故有必要探究企业大数据分析技术采用意愿问题。基于资源基础观,从数据质量管理和数据利用经验两维度提出解释大数据分析技术采用意愿的研究模型。研究结果表明:企业数据利用中的知觉收益,受数据质量管理水平的显著正向影响;企业外部数据利用的知觉收益显著提高企业采用意愿;而企业内部数据知觉收益将降低企业采用意愿。
Big data analytics technology is an innovative IT capability for enterprises to improve their performance in the new era. Leading companies aggressively deploy big data analytics to shape their competitive advantage, but most are still in the early stages of adopting innovation curves, so it is necessary to explore the willingness of big data analytics to adopt. Based on the concept of resource base, a research model for explaining the willingness of big data analysis technology is proposed from two aspects of data quality management and data experience. The results show that the perceptual benefits of enterprise data utilization are significantly positively influenced by the data quality management level. The perceptual benefits of external data utilization significantly improve the willingness of enterprises to adopt, while the perceptual benefits of enterprise internal data will reduce the willingness of enterprises to adopt.
