在钢铁生产大丰收的基础上,晋东南区紧接着掀起了以土铁路化、土机床化、土机械化、土电机化为中心的“四土化”运动。今年年底,将要在全区范围内达到县县有土铁路,社社有土机床,集镇都要有电灯,主要工具都要机械化。这一运动从十月底、十一月初开始,已在全区初具规模,经过一旬多的时间,“四土化”运动已取得了显著成绩。
