为探讨GSH对红细胞的保护作用.实验研究了家免溶血模型中肌注GSH、维生素E后红细胞膜蛋白组份变化。发现其膜蛋白组份增加,用盐酸苯肼的溶血模型红细胞膜蛋白有3个组份;用GSH肌注后有4个组份;用CSH加维生素E肌注后有7个组份。红细胞形态观察:膜增厚水肿减轻.畸形红细胞减少(与只用苯肼组比较);红细胞压积降低不多;血清胆红素增加不明显(与对照组比较)。实验结果表明:用外源性GSH肌注后,能减轻过氧化物对红细胞膜的损害作用。提示:CSH可能成为一种新药用于临床。
To explore the protective effect of GSH on erythrocytes. Experimental study of home-free hemolysis model of intramuscular injection of GSH, vitamin E after erythrocyte membrane protein component changes. Found that the membrane protein components increased with phenylhydrazine hydrochloride hemolysis model erythrocyte membrane protein has three components; with GSH intramuscular injection of four components; with CSH plus vitamin E after intramuscular injection of seven components. Erythrocyte morphology observation: Membrane thickening edema alleviated. Deformity of erythrocyte reduction (compared with only phenylhydrazine group); hematocrit decreased less; serum bilirubin increased slightly (compared with the control group). Experimental results show that: Exogenous GSH intramuscular injection, can reduce the damage of erythrocyte membrane peroxide. Hint: CSH may become a new drug for clinical use.
