Melkersson—Rosenthal 综合征即梅—罗氏综合征。亦称唇舌水肿面瘫综合征.临床上甚少见,文献报告亦不多.现将我科诊治一例报告如下.患者:王某,男,23岁,黑龙江省鹤岗人。1993—01—08就诊.主诉:上唇反复肿胀6月余.病史:1992年6月起,上唇反复肿胀,左眼睑下垂,眼不易闭合,口角歪斜,舌体肿胀,并有较深的沟纹.当地医院诊为面瘫,治疗未见好转.检查:上唇弥漫性肿胀上翻、变厚、无压痛和压迹。左侧颜面歪斜,肌肉震颤、舌肿胀,有较深的沟纹.诊断:梅一罗氏综合征.治疗:①频谱
Melkersson-Rosenthal syndrome is Mei - Roche Syndrome. Also known as lip and face edema facial paralysis syndrome .Clinical rare, there are few reports of the literature .Currently, we report a case of treatment as follows.Patients: Wang, male, 23 years old, Hegang, Heilongjiang Province. 1993-01-08 Treatment. Chief complaint: upper lip repeated swelling more than 6 months. History: June 1992, the upper lip repeated swelling, left eyelid ptosis, the eye is not easy to close, mouth skew, tongue swelling, and deep groove Local hospital diagnosed with facial paralysis, treatment has not improved Check: diffuse swelling of the upper lip up, thickening, no tenderness and pressure trace. Left side of the face askew, muscle tremors, swelling of the tongue, with deep grooves. Diagnosis: Mei a Roche syndrome. Treatment: ① spectrum
