对影响高频加热红外吸收法测定金属铍中碳的多种因素进行了研究,重点考察了钨锡粒、钨粒+铜粒等助熔剂对铍粉中碳释放的影响。结果表明,当铍粉称样量为100mg时,加入1.8g的钨锡粒助熔剂,可使铍粉中的碳释放完全。当铍粉碳含量为800μg/g左右时,方法的相对标准偏差小于4.0%,碳的加标回收率为98%~102%。
Several factors influencing the carbon in beryllium metal by high frequency heating infrared absorption method were studied. The effects of fluxes such as tungsten and tin particles, tungsten particles and copper particles on the carbon release from beryllium powder were investigated emphatically. The results show that when the sample of beryllium powder is taken as 100mg, 1.8g of tungsten tin flux can be added to completely release the carbon in beryllium powder. When the carbon content of beryllium powder is about 800μg / g, the relative standard deviation of the method is less than 4.0%, and the recoveries of carbon are between 98% and 102%.
