目的调查军事飞行人员和地方人员在人体成分上是否存在差异,分析其原因,并探讨人体成分与营养平衡和体育锻炼的关系。方法用人体成分分析仪检测组成人体的水分、蛋白质、脂肪和无机盐等成分。结果 30~39岁的地方人员的身体脂肪含量大大超过飞行人员的含量,超出幅度达35.18%。40岁以上飞行人员的蛋白质、水分和无机盐含量高于地方人员的含量,两组差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论地方人员脂肪含量高于军事飞行人员,而飞行人员蛋白质、水分和无机盐含量更丰富,肌肉和骨骼更发达。营养平衡和体育锻炼对健康十分重要。
Objective To investigate whether there is any difference in human body composition between military flight personnel and local personnel, analyze the reasons and discuss the relationship between body composition, nutrition balance and physical exercise. Methods The human body composition analyzer was used to detect the composition of the body’s moisture, protein, fat and inorganic salts. Results The local body fat of 30-39-year-olds exceeded the level of pilots by 35.18%. The contents of protein, water and inorganic salts of pilots over the age of 40 were higher than those of local personnel, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The fat content of local personnel is higher than that of military pilots, while the pilots have more abundant protein, water and inorganic salts and more muscle and bone. Nutritional balance and physical activity are important to health.
