本文对39例妊娠黄疸,其中妊娠伴病毒性肝炎(VHP)21例,妊娠肝内胆汁郁积症(ICP)18例,进行了肝活检组织的光、电镜对比观察,拟提出两病在电镜下的鉴别要点。1.ICP肝细胞和细胞器的变化为单个肝细胞的变化;VHP则为多个肝细胞的变化并较ICP的变比为重。2.ICP光面内质网扩张内无丝状或球形HBsAg;VHP光面内质网扩张内有丝状或球形HBsAg。3.ICP
